This course is for the students those want to pursue in the field of beauty. This course consist of theoretical and practical, students will be taught through presentation, lectures, demonstrations, practical hands-on, both written and practical test will be conducted.

Classic Color
Classic Color
The Color Course covers all aspects of technical work in a salon situation.
Demonstrations and workshops will provide the students an in-depth foundation into complex world of coloring. Color Correction, Change of color and partial Highlighting are some of the areas that this five or ten days course will touch upon.
*Minimum of one year experience as qualified hairdressers in the technical field is required.

Creative Styling
This creative styling course which provides a unique opportunity to experience our advanced hair cuttings, colouring techniques is available for duration of one to four weeks, created to accommodate new fashion trends as they develop. Meraki is justifiably proud of this progressive course which has special classes by our Education Director Abhay who tought based in India spent much of his time learning internationally.
This highly verbal and visually motivational course, looks at the total image, exposing students to new and developing ideas. Students should ideally have no less than 5 years experience as qualified stylist to enjoy the demonstrations and practical sessions contained within this course.
*Minimum of three years experience as qualified hairdressers is required.

Refresh the Basic
“Refresh the Basic” course was uniquely formatted to accommodate the needs of the region designed to run for 4, 6 and 8 weeks, this intermediate course is ideally tailored for recently trained hairdressers or anyone re-entering hairdressing after a long absence or any hairdresser wishing to strengthen their basic knowledge and fundamental skills. A combination of demonstrations and practical workshop sessions will be held.
*Full completion of a Professional Hairdressing course or three years hairdressing experience is required.

Comprehensive Hair
This beginners diploma course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the basics of hairdressing where by progressing to a qualified hair professional within 16 weeks of intensive training.
Previous hairdressing experience is not required. The course comprises of a combination of theory work, written test papers, demonstrations, and workshops.
Practical work will initially be taught on mannequins before the students progress onto live models, working on solid cuts, a variation of layering techniques, graduated shapes, men’s barbering, setting blow-drying and finishing.
The course will also include chemical technical work, covering application and colour choice colour correction and hair relaxing & rebonding techniques, Students will again practice on mannequins before moving onto live models.
The final 4 weeks will include a recape of all cutting and colouring techniques, to assist students preparing for their final presentation. As an extension of their training, students are provided with the opportunity of experiencing a dynamic salon attachment programme.
